After your initial consultation, you are invited to book into Group treatments-a more affordable and accessible way to increase the frequency of your care and enjoy greater booking flexibility. 

Feeling a little shy? During your first visit, you'll see that the group room is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, featuring cozy pods softly separated areas for each table. Most participants don't even see one another, as everyone arrives and leaves at different times. 

Rest assured, your practitioner will never discuss private matters in the group room and will always use a soft voice when reporting your changes from your session. 

It is recommended to book solo treatment every 12 visits to review your progress and posture pictures. 

Sessions are approx. 25 to 30 minutes. 

Additional group times will be added as needed to meet growing demand.
